1. Acceptance
By using Pawstrology (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. What we do
Pawstrology is a digital-good service. You upload a photo of your dog and answer a few questions; our team prepares a personalized past-life reading and delivers it by email in about 24 hours (or in 60 minutes if you buy the express upgrade). The reading is a written document plus a rendered past-life portrait.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Whop. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. You are charged once per reading; there are no automatic recurring charges.
4. Refund policy
If the reading doesn’t move you, reply to the delivery email within 7 days for a full refund. No forms, no questions. If technical issues prevent delivery within the promised window, the same refund applies without needing to ask.
5. Intellectual property
You own your reading and the past-life portrait we deliver, forever. Use them privately, share them on social, gift them, print them. What you don’t receive is a license to our reading method, our archetype system, or our written templates.
6. Your photo
The photo you upload is compressed on your device before it’s sent to us. We store it only as long as needed to generate your reading, then it’s deleted. We never sell or share it. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Please don’t upload photos of anyone else’s dog without permission, don’t abuse the Service to spam, and don’t try to reverse-engineer or scrape our reading system.
8. Disclaimers
Pawstrology is written for entertainment and reflection. It is not veterinary or medical advice. If your dog has a health concern, please see a licensed vet.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that are used to harm the Service, our team, or other customers.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Substantive changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the update.
